Pet Butler ("we" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you use the Pet Butler application (the "App").

### 3.2 社區內容的公開顯示 | Public Display of Community Content
當您在社區發佈帖子或留言時，該內容將對所有已登入的用戶可見（匿名帖子除外顯示您的真實身份）。您的顯示名稱和頭像將與您的帖子和留言一併顯示，除非您選擇匿名發帖。
When you post or comment in the community, that content will be visible to all logged-in users (anonymous posts will not reveal your real identity). Your display name and avatar will be shown alongside your posts and comments, unless you choose to post anonymously.
### 3.3 法律要求 | Legal Requirements
如果法律要求或為了保護我們的權利、用戶安全或公眾利益，我們可能會披露您的資料。
We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our rights, user safety, or public interest.

### 4.1 AI 對話功能 | AI Chat Features
本應用程式使用 AI 模型（透過 OpenRouter 路由至 Google Gemini）提供智能對話服務。當您使用 AI 功能時：
The App uses AI models (routed through OpenRouter to Google Gemini) to provide intelligent conversation services. When you use AI features:
- 您的對話內容和上傳的圖片會被傳送至 AI API 進行處理 | Your chat content and uploaded images are sent to AI APIs for processing
- 為了提供個人化建議，相關的寵物資料（如品種、體重、健康狀況、用藥記錄）可能會作為上下文一併傳送 | Relevant pet data (such as breed, weight, health conditions, medication records) may be sent as context
- AI 生成的建議僅供參考，不能替代專業獸醫的診斷和治療意見 | AI-generated recommendations are for reference only and cannot replace professional veterinary diagnosis and treatment
### 4.2 食品分析功能 | Food Analysis
當您使用食品分析功能時，您上傳的食品包裝圖片和寵物資料會被傳送至 AI 服務進行成分分析和評分。
When you use the food analysis feature, your uploaded food packaging images and pet data are sent to AI services for ingredient analysis and scoring.
### 4.3 社區內容審核 | Community Content Moderation
所有社區帖子在發佈後會經過 AI 自動審核。AI 會分析帖子的文字和圖片內容，以偵測違反社區規範的內容（包括色情、暴力、騷擾、垃圾訊息等）。
All community posts undergo AI-powered automatic moderation after publishing. AI analyzes the text and image content of posts to detect violations of community guidelines (including pornography, violence, harassment, spam, etc.).
### 4.4 位置搜尋功能 | Location Search
當您使用「搜尋附近獸醫」功能時，您的位置座標會被傳送至 Google Places API 以查詢附近的獸醫診所。您的位置資料不會被存儲或用於其他目的。
When you use the "Find Nearby Vet" feature, your location coordinates are sent to the Google Places API. Your location data is not stored or used for any other purpose.

## 5. 社區功能與隱私 | Community Features and Privacy
### 5.1 帖子和留言 | Posts and Comments
您在社區發佈的帖子和留言將對所有已登入用戶公開顯示。發佈前請確認您不希望分享的個人資訊未包含在內容中。
Posts and comments you publish in the community will be publicly visible to all logged-in users. Before posting, please ensure your content does not contain personal information you do not wish to share.
### 5.2 匿名發帖 | Anonymous Posting
使用匿名發帖功能時，您的顯示名稱和頭像將被隨機生成的寵物主題暱稱取代。但請注意：
When using the anonymous posting feature, your display name and avatar will be replaced with a randomly generated pet-themed nickname. However, please note:
- 我們仍然記錄您的帳號與該帖子的關聯，以便在違規時採取行動 | We still record the association between your account and the post for enforcement purposes
- 匿名發帖不代表完全匿名，我們可能在法律要求下披露發佈者身份 | Anonymous posting does not mean complete anonymity; we may disclose the poster's identity if required by law
- 匿名暱稱為每篇帖子隨機生成，不可自訂 | Anonymous nicknames are randomly generated per post and cannot be customized
### 5.3 檢舉資料 | Report Data
當您檢舉帖子或留言時，我們會記錄您的帳號 ID、檢舉目標和原因。檢舉資料僅用於內容審核目的，不會向被檢舉方透露檢舉人身份。
When you report a post or comment, we record your account ID, the report target, and the reason. Report data is used solely for content moderation purposes and the reporter's identity will not be disclosed to the reported party.
### 5.4 封鎖資料 | Block Data
當您封鎖其他用戶時，我們會記錄封鎖關係以便為您過濾該用戶的內容。您可以隨時在設定中解除封鎖。
When you block another user, we record the block relationship to filter that user's content for you. You can unblock users at any time in settings.

### 6.1 存儲位置 | Storage Location
您的資料存儲在 Supabase 提供的安全雲端伺服器上。伺服器可能位於香港以外的地區。透過使用本應用程式，您同意將資料傳輸至這些地區。
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase. These servers may be located outside Hong Kong. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these regions.

- 敏感資料使用裝置安全存儲（Secure Store） | Sensitive data is stored using device-native Secure Store with encryption

### 7.3 刪除權 | Right of Deletion
您可以透過本應用程式的「設定」>「刪除帳號」功能刪除您的帳號。刪除帳號將移除您的所有個人資料，包括寵物資料、醫療記錄、對話記錄、照片、社區帖子和留言。此操作不可逆轉。
You can delete your account through the App's "Settings" > "Delete Account" feature. Deleting your account will remove all your personal data, including pet data, medical records, chat records, photos, community posts, and comments. This action is irreversible.
### 7.4 撤回同意 | Right to Withdraw Consent
對於基於同意而進行的資料處理（如位置存取、推送通知、AI 資料傳輸），您可以隨時透過裝置設定或應用程式設定撤回同意。撤回同意不影響撤回前資料處理的合法性。
For data processing based on consent (such as location access, push notifications, and AI data transmission), you may withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings or app settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
### 7.5 權限管理 | Permission Management
您可以隨時在裝置的設定中管理本應用程式的權限（相機、相簿、位置、通知），關閉特定權限可能會影響相關功能的使用。
You can manage the App's permissions (camera, photo library, location, notifications) at any time in your device settings. Disabling specific permissions may affect the availability of related features.
